Our eating habits and our sedentary life style has made America the fattest country in the world because We, Americans, do not exercise on a regular base. Our Sedentary lifestyle kills thousands of Americans each year from heart attack. As a result, the leading cause of death in America is heart attack, which has an indirect relation with physical active levels. At fitness2go.net we understand that workout programs and diets programs do not work. Therefore, We need don't need to go on diets and workout programs, but we just need to start working out at less 3 days out of the week for about 30min .
